Greek 16th Century Athens, Benaki Museum The young boy sitting behind St. Geoorge represents a contemporery sommelier depicted in oriental attire. He is assumed to be a liberated paphalogonic boy or an orphan from Mytilene. In the upper right corner is a portait of an Apostle, believed to be Apostle Paul.
